Todd has dedicated his career to making a difference in the industry. From an extensive background in multi-disciplinary approaches, Todd looks at the entire human being as a holistic entity. His focus is on holistic wellness achieved through nutrition, lifestyle, and proper training. Todd believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition or exercise and that each person should be viewed as an individual. His goal is to create balance in the body and mind to coach each person to health and vitality.



Marcella joined the NY Strong team in July 2015 after completing her BS in Biology at Stony Brook University.  She helps keep day to day operations running smoothly by managing the gym and helping clients.  Looking to further her fitness knowledge, she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2017 and loves sharing her passion for exercise and health with everyone she meets!



Adriana became a part of NY Strong in 2016 after graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a BS in Marketing. She works on the gym's creatives and promotions, she also built and manages this website! Aside from the gym, Adriana is also passionate about fashion and binge watching Netflix. Janet is NASM certified and got turned on to fitness in 2012 and it’s become her passion.  Her life has been greatly transformed by improving her fitness, nutrition, building strength, and competing in strongman.  She’s excited to help others achieve their own fitness and life goals.  Janet has a BA and BS from the University of Washington and her MA and PhD from Boston University.

Keiran has extensive experience working with general clientele who are looking to lose weight, get strong, or looking to return to their previous activity following injury or surgery.  He has also been fortunate to have worked in some of the top performance facilities in the country, which have all afforded him the opportunity to work with some of the best youth through professional athletes from all major sports. Keiran’s philosophy is getting the body to move well relative to your sport or hobby, while training for a powerful, robust, and resilient athletic frame.

Anna has been married to NY Strong's founder for 11 years and has been an intricate part in the gyms development for that entire time.  She has trained under Todd for many years and is the theme poster for women proving you can lift weights and still look tremendously feminine. She competes in Strongman, lifts weights regularly, is an owner in a hair salon and established hair stylist for over 20 years, a mother, and decided to get into fitness training to empower others with that full plate you can still accomplish your goals.  She started a brand and community, Fem + Fierce, empowering women to be the best versions of themselves, and who THEY want to be, not what society labels women, to be.

With over 10 years of experience and thousands of hours of applied knowledge I’ve helped hundreds of  clients successfully achieve their nutrition and weight loss goals. Whether  you are just looking to shed unwanted body fat or compete as an athlete my mission is to educate, inspire and provide elite nutrition and fitness coaching to anyone who is ready to change their life and take their health, fitness and performance to the next level.  

    As a child I was always involved with sports.  I had an insatiable obsession with challenging my abilities and was determined to get better at everything I did, whether it was racing bicycles against my friends through the neighborhood or having the most powerful roundhouse kick in martial arts class. That competitive spirit carried through from when I began martial arts at six years old to my middle school and high school years where I ran track and field, and played  football.

My journey into fitness and nutrition began when I was bit by the bodybuilding bug. I knew I wanted to be a bodybuilder at 14 years old after coming across a picture of Garrett Downing on the internet. The moment I saw it I thought to myself "I want to look just like that!"  I figured there had to be a way I would need to eat in order to achieve that type of physique so I began reading about nutrition. The more I read the more intrigued I became.  

     I continued to dig deeper into the details of what proper nutrition was and how to optimize it. I started off coaching a few of my family members and close friends.  Then around the time I started competing in bodybuilding, at age 23, I began to dig deeper into sports nutrition. What really drove my desire to help others optimize their nutrition was when my mother developed type 2 diabetes. The importance of proper eating habits took on a whole new meaning when her health was in jeopardy. By educating her on better food choices and lifestyle practices I was able to help her get a handle on her nutrition and vastly improve her diabetes and overall health and fitness.

We are all our own creators and have the power to produce any result we desire through hard work. No matter your age, to optimize your health and achieve your goals, it's crucial to give your body what it needs. Above all, My motto -which I embody- is:  “Your Body Will Achieve When Your Mind Believes”

Gianna is the nutritionist for NY Strong and is certified through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). She is currently completing her internship to become a Registered Dietitian (RD).

She has a love for human movement and nutrition that started as a competitive gymnast and through college where she was captain of the Iona women's rowing team. Her realistic approach, and positive attitude makes her relatable and easy to work with.
